If I am not wrong they closed a few months ago without any notification. They acted like thieves by stealing the commissions. To be honest, I was a bit surprised how that commissions had been generated, as during the last 2 - 3 years they obviously had detaged all my players.

I posted about this at the end of Feb but it was buried in another thread.

Their own terms state they need to give notice of termination, which they did not do. Tried to log in one day and it was just gone.

I did manage to get all owed comms and lifetime stats off them after a lot of wrangling. The only way to contact them if anyone else is in the same boat is through the general customer facing support email (help@138.com), none of the affiliate channels are monitored any more.

Funny, I only discovered this a few days ago and was quite surprised. Didn't do much with them so no loss but would have been nice to have been notified rather than finding out by trying to log into our account.

Thanks Matt, I did not see your original thread from a simple search but I will update the list. I still have quite a bit more digging, I tried to get the most recent ones up first.
