It`s in fact up to management. Their back-end allows to exchange balance from different currencies to one btc balance, but not everyone is willing to do that since those kind of operations are messing up the whole financial report.

I`ll elaborate. Most of the Softswiss casinos offer an option to become an affiliate within players account. It rarely happens when a Softswiss brand has their own affiliate management CRM(it`s pricey).

For those who don`t know, since Softswiss brands are offering different currencies for depositing, all Revenue Share affilates are receiving their commissions in each currency separately. For example, you may end up in situation when you need to cash out: 1000USD, 550EUR, 0,09BTC and 225AUD.

Coming from that, player and affiliate financial operations are performed in one financial flow. Since operators are paying their expenses based on their financial results, making exchange of currencies within an affiliate account is messing up financial reports a bit. It`s not critical, but some of operators will not bother themselves with doing such operations.

I used to work for one of the Softswiss brands, but it`s been a while ago. Things could change a bit but that`s pretty much as it is.

I think it's still correct. I see commission in different currencies.

I can imagine it provokes a mess, but same thing here for me with those currencies and the obligation to create a player account. Legally I am not even allowed to do so. Leave alone problems it can provoke if I receive payments from a player account. I guess it also reduces gaming tax for the casinos, as GGR is lower if they calculate affiliate payments as player payouts.

I try to evade them a bit. Too much mess for me as I don't need player accounts or BTC.

For the time being I changing all Neteller payment options to wire.
I had the same thing off Skrill a few month ago. And here is the big joke for you, Paysafe who owns Neteller and Skrill also owns Income Access. And they don't even provide contracts.

Also I only had two payments going into my Skrill, Coral and Gala, clearly stating where my money is coming from. Why do they then need any proof of where my income is from? My proof is in my statement right there in front of their eyes.

Not long after I got the same pathetic nonsense off Neteller, however I ended up getting my Neteller account unblocked.

After this Neteller will go to hell...
Been with Neteller from their early days. When they pulled the Net+ Card from non SEPA countries (Nov 2016), was told by my accounts manager they were working on establishing a new ATM card. 10 months on, that was obviously a pack of lies. Just an underhanded and dirty ploy.

Like yourself, I have only one aff payment going to Neteller now. But as fate would have it, that aff program is pulling out of AU. So, as soon as that final payment hits this month, I'm getting it transfered, then like yourself, I too will be giving Neteller the BIG BIRD!

Same could be said for a few long stand aff programs too. If I've learned anything in this industry, talk is cheap. Get everything in writing, and don't give away your trust too easily. Most programs don't embrace loyalty, they only care about their best interests, not yours.

The account is still (remains) locked so I do not know whether I can receive nor transfer payments.

Has this been resolved for you yet, GCG?

I certainly think crypto payments are the way forward.. even if not BTC there are plenty of other less volatile coins
