As a result of recent US legislative changes and related events, Neteller announced that effective 18 January 2007, its US members would no longer be able to make fund transfers to or from any online gambling sites. Neteller continues to service customers in all other countries that they currently support.

Following Netellers withdrawal from the US market, Citadel, Electronic Check, InstaDebit and Money Transfer have also announced their services will no longer be available as funding options to US customers, effective immediately.

The full effect and implications of the Act passed by US State Congress on 13 October 2006, affecting payments related to internet gambling, is not yet clear and we therefore continue to operate in the normal course of business with the remaining funding mechanisms currently available to our US customers.
