    Default Netherlands regulation

    Hi All, receiving this email from several operators (same template) which accept players in the Netherlands;

First of all we would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones all the best for this festive season.

Kindly note that it has come to our attention that several affiliates have been notified by the Gaming Authority in the Netherlands (KSA) to cease providing their services to remote gambling operators in the Netherlands. This would appear to be directed against affiliates who have/are promoting operators that have been fined by the Gaming Authority. A list of such fined operators can be found in the following link: http://www.kansspelautoriteit.nl/bes...ctiebesluiten/.

If you are one of these affiliates we kindly ask you to remove with immediate effect any promotional material or reference to sanctioned operators and furthermore stop providing a service to such operators, in order not to jeopardise the company's' operations in the Netherlands.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding and trust that you shall action the above immediately.

Dose anyone know where we can find the list of licensed/approved operators by the KSA?

    Thanks !

I suppose the operator that have sent this. They ask you to take action immediately, so they should know what action you have to take! If they don't want you to work with certain brands, they should provide a list. I think it's a dangerous precedent. What's next? Drop a competitor brand or we drop you?

This mail is sent by whom?

There are no licensed (online) operators yet who work with affiliates (Only the state owned atm)

The operators who are fined in the past by the Gaming Authority, and the sender of the email wants you to remove,
(i presume the Betsson Group did send them out also),
are, as mentioned in the documents on http://www.kansspelautoriteit.nl/bes...ctiebesluiten/

    myglobalgames
    royaalcasino
    7red
    comeon
    redslots

    and (from Imperial E-Club Limited)
    europacasino.com
    deeuropacasino.com
    vegasred.com
    titanpoker.com
    casinotropez.com
    titancasino.com
    titanbet.com
    casinobellini.com

The operators who are sending out this email should provide the list themselves imo, although it may be difficult for them to name them in public.

disclaimer: the above list of mentioned casino's are my own findings, i am not saying it is (fully) correct, use it at your own responsibility, check it yourself

This includes (but is not limited to) avoiding the use of the Dutch language in any remote advertising

so, basically we can't promote at any page in Dutch? Or just need to remove fined operators?

As far as i understand, to comply to the wishes of the operators who send out these emails; just remove the fined operators (or don't comply and remove the operator who asks this).

How to comply to the rules of the Dutch gambling Authority (KSA) is a complete other story, if ever possible. Bottom line, according the law, (in theory) any promotion for online casino's and bookmakers at Dutch players is illegal atm in the Netherlands

I dont think that Dutch language is the issue anyway here, it's just that some operators are not interested to be promoted in Dutch languages and/or along with unlicensed or fined operators... at least this is what I understand

I still don't understanding about dutch online sportsbook biz!

So, from what I read, Dutch Lower House approved recently the Online Gaming Bill, which will introduce an online gambling licensing regime in the NL very soon.
Already applied some penalties for operators, but there's a lot of bookmakers accepting dutch players, including bwin, etc.
There is some affiliates still doing their business...
    Anyone could clarify me?

This is also something I would not discuss in public much. But yes, there are operators that still are there trying not to be caught and they are doing well.
