NetPlay Affiliates Do Not Reply

I have sent emails and even a PM via this forum to Netplay Affiliates - no reply from them.
Does anyone have a contact name and details for these people?

I am trying to get answers to a couple of queries:
1) The affiliate payment details section does not work - will not accept the details.
2) I have a player who deposited just £10 but generated a bonus of -£122. How?

Before I turn my vernons listing negative (and not just for those reasons), which has been nothing but hassle anyway for the last few badly managed years, I did want to get a reply from them. I was hoping this new lot would be an improvement but it appears Netplay Affiliates is as useless as the last shower that owned this brand.

2) I have a player who deposited just £10 but generated a bonus of -£122. How?

I don't know about this company, but I've seen something like that in the past. For example, some Casinorewards players can get a 150€ bonus with a 20€ deposit in a few casinos.

I have just received a reply from netplay affiliates, which did address all my issues and so was quite reassuring. What they said on that particular point was:

The reason this can happen is b/c we issue players bonuses to keep them coming back in to play with us. This is how we increase the lifetime values of our players by constantly interacting with them and offering them free money to get them back in playing.

This is fairly common in casino & bingo - for example if they give the player 10 free spins and they treat the winnings as a bonus, you may see it in that column (not always, some only give the value of the fs - seems to be a bit random).

Similarly if they win a prize that's in the form of a bonus (eg: in a draw) they sometimes show up as a bonus etc..

I agree that I also have seen this with bingo players, and I think you are correct baldidiot, I think that at some rooms prizes as well as chat bonuses etc can affect earnings with new players.

Bingo players tend to be fairly loyal once they find rooms they enjoy to play at so the long term revenue share prospects are better with players like the above.

Hi guys and gals. Sorry to bump this old thread. We have been trying to get in touch with NetPlay Affiliates for some time now but have received no response. We're owed CPAs for 3 players. We've sent emails to affiliates@ and payments@. Could someone possibly share your contact there with me?
