Anyone else having issues with Netrefer programs not updating regularly. We only work with two brands on Netrefer (Betfair, Paddy Power) and was wondering if it was just those two or are all programs on their system having issues?

Yes, happens regularly but particularly bad over the last few days. Casumo have a warning message up about data issues affecting November stats.

I'm always delighted when a program emails me about switching from their useless platform.

I have persistent issues with PP and Betfair, slow loading (if at all) and updating, often show blank stats for days, etc. Not all the Netrefer programs are like this though, they seem to be two of the worst.

Yes, very slow of late.

Also the dashboard stats that used to default to yesterday's numbers (once updated) seem to be clumping a few days together.

Separate but kind of related, anyone noticed occasion spats of FTDs coming in against zero clicks on netrefer programs? ie if you look in the media stats report and see a particular media code that has zero clicks but then FTDs against it. I've raised in the past when I've seen it happen, never got anything meaningful back in terms of an explanation. Sniffs of some kind of cookie-related abuse to me as delayed reporting doesn't really add up.

For 11-11-2021 i see Clicks but everything else (Signups, Customers, Revenue) is missing. Stats for 12-11-2021 just got updated today.
The Mozzart affiliate program is in question.

Today all the revenue stats from 08-11-2021 to 17-11-2021 have disappeared from my account.
They were showing (except for 11.11) just fine yesterday. Amazing...

Looking at the customer reporting recently, they seem to be listing every single player each day whether they've been active or not which really can't help the speed of the update process.

Netrefer stats f*cked in December too.
The whole gambling industry is such a disgrace because of this stats issues. This s*it never happens in adult industry for example.

It's poor on pretty much all the programmes that run anything but their own proprietary software has to be said. You'd have thought the programs would be banging some tables seeing as they're paying for this 'service'

I have not noticed anything from my side. Although, we are currently looking to work with other affiliate programs as well, hence have not been paying attention to the previous ones we had. PS: anyone who knows of any affiliate program are welcomed to contact me Thanks

Nothing out of the ordinary my side, though perhaps I have gotten used to the lame software. As newcustomeroffer pointed out that some brands show all customers of all time in custormer reporting, not just the day prior. Some brands dash also shows wrong info or at least info that's bunched together.

I am also surprised that many brands have not switched from NR as there are (IMO) so many better out there (and probably cheaper) but I guess its a pain to switch?
