Netrefer - Anyone else having trouble

Seems they have turned to crap over the last few weeks, well for me anyway

Took all the product crossover stats out of the homepage for Boylesports and Paddy Power

Reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllly slow to load all the time now

and even more frustratingly, randomly won't let me sign in to some accounts saying I havent logged out of a previous session

until recently was my favourite affiliate software by a mile, making me feel like that first time you find out Santa Claus isn't real at the minute

Hello,

it's always nice to see when somebody from the business side after problems or questions answered publicly.
The trend seems to be going in recent times to the contrary.
Maybe this is just subjective.
But I'm happy anyway.

I can see product cross over stats - it's in new place.

When you login - click on the "more" links with the little arrow in the overview section.
This takes you to vital statistics - and the "revenue share reward" tab has cross over stats (it does take some time to load).

Hi There,

Following the feedback from thebookiesoffers, we’ve spent some time today analyzing the system performance. We located a number of sections of the system that were taking too long to load and have created a fix which has been applied this afternoon.
I’ve spent some time this afternoon logging in and out using various browsers and all seems to be performing relatively fast now.

If anyone has any additional feedback please feel free to PM me, that goes for feedback on the system in general not just the performance as we always welcome your insight for future updates.
