Utter crap, half the options do not even work properly in half the browsers
That coupled with half the affiliate managers too lazy to learn how to properly use the system and categorise their marketing materials so that search and filters are usable = complete nightmare

There are tracking issues with Netrefer. I do not think Netrefer is as bad as IA when it is about tracking, but the tracking to subdomains (like geo-target) is not ok. The affiliate managers do not know a **** about it.

For example Unibet generally has tracking ok, but some of the subdomains/links, like Polish ones, has ****** up cookies with random duration, always shorter than it should be. I raised the issue and they do not want to discuss it.

The other thing is that Netrefer missing stats are sometimes synced after many days or weeks. That is an ongoing problem.

Netrefer V2 is very nasty one. Missing clicks and impression alos depositing players. It is kind of a crab and none is doing anything about it. I prefer using affiliate platforms using Income Access.
Unfortunately we are not secured for such issues.
I like th in-house made platform created by 1xbet but at some time and point, their platform is not detecting correct the stats - starting from Friday night till Sathurday in the noon time.
It is strange how all os going round, but this is the reason I love being in that business - nothing stays the same for a single day!

I have detected blocked system several times each Friday after 17:00 GMT- it is missing stats or no detection of banner clicks. They are updating something. I had to stop promoting one of mine accounts with them. I have asked them several times about it - they could not give me a brief explanation.
It is very curious and strange why it is happening on Fridays.

I guess programs also simply don't give a damn about tracking issues. In the end it are free players for them.

Not a great fan of NetRefer. Constantly changing passwords is a real pain. Some programs such as LeoVegas will not save/update password in browser. Some if you enter wrong password you have to wait one minute before trying again.

The people behind NetRefer obviously don't use it or they would make some changes based on actual user experience.

The censorship load 3-4 sec after the image... pretty useless.

I think the AM from this brand can setup a fix language for your backend,but u would need a very smart AM for this.
Same problem with IE or Fox ? Proxy on ?
Did u use external tools to grab the data ?

Or open this affiliates/UserAccount/Edit and change the "language" over the telephone code field.


The final solution for this crap is nifty,cost only 20 bucks in a month and save a lot of time.

The language is not important for me. It can be Old Chinese after all. The problem is if they are working and debugging something so obvious on frontend, I have vivid dreams what crap or literally nothing they might be doing on backend.

The only thing from affiliate software is tracking and revenue distribution. But that is the blackbox. Other things around are not important, but they can show how dedicated the team is to the blackbox.

If one page can not be customized to one language, it says really pretty much about development. About the chaos of the code. It is really bad. Not just about Netrefer, it is everywhere.

Had to change the password again for 2 programs today, it also remembers the passwords you have used previously so can't go back to your old one. Absolutle shambles.

I don't think they are going to fix the password thing as it's not a tech glitch but intended idiotism.... I work with ~15 Netrefer programs and completely got lost with these password changes
