New addition to the Sky Affiliate Hub team

[Dean_Leyland]

Hello All,

I just wanted to make a quick introduction to the newest member of the Sky Affiliate Hub team. Sarah Lawson joined us on Monday in a newly created Gaming Affiliate Manager position to help us work closer with our gaming affiliates.

We now have a team of 3 (slowly getting there) which consists of myself (Head of Affiliates), Matt Price (Sportsbook Affiliate Manager) and now Sarah.

We will all be exhibiting at LAC in February if you would like to drop by and say hello. Alternatively a simple 'hi' on here would be a nice start

Thanks,

Dean

For a three person team you do an amazing job. You were a top program before your new member, so things can only get better. Well done and welcome.

Very kind of you to say, Sir, thank you!

Hello all, and thank you for the introduction Dean.

As Dean said I joined the Affiliate Hub team on Monday. I'm looking forward to working with the team and getting to know our affiliates.

Hopefully see some of you at LAC.

Thanks,
Sarah

Welcome Sarah, congrats on the new job. Dean's a lovely guy, unless he's in a bad mood. Which is most days. But, you can learn a lot from that guy.

See you at LAC, I want a high5.

Is there any chance from you guys to get communication?
I left messages at my affiliate dashboard about the my payment for november, added you in Skype, and so on... zero result, is there someone who is in charge with affilates at all with your program?

[SarahL]

Hi maxim,

Sorry if you've struggled to get in touch with us - this is very unusual as communication is one of the things we are very good at.

I cannot see any messages in our message centre with the name 'maxim79' and unsure what your affiliate hub username is as it's not provided above - but there is a payment email that came through on the 15th and was responded to, and a further one that is dated for yesterday if this is you otherwise I'm not sure your communication has made its way through to us.

I'm also not sure who you added on skype but apologies if they've not been around.

The best contact details for us is: affiliatehub @ bskyb.com
If you'd like to email me there I will look into your payment issue.

Many thanks,
Sarah
