New affiliate program - From the beginning

My name is Elad Natanson, I'm the manager of ReMarket Ltd. , we are one of the partners that manage the marketing of BeTheDealer Casino directly.

We are working , this days, on a brand new Affiliate program for BeTheDealer. We're in the middle of the characterization and the creating of the program standards.

After several conversations with webmasters(I was one myself) - I've decided to build THIS program basics from the client to the casino, by the affiliates(webmasters) needs.

Every webmaster knows that in every AP there's something missing.
Payments not on time, not enough stats, high minimal payment, etc.
I want to do it differently.

I'm willing to collect your ideas, comments, criticism and needs and create the suitable Affiliate program. I believe that what is good for the client will be good for the seller.

What I wanted to ask you all is to cooperate with me with your advises and "flood" your ideas and needs from an Affiliate program.
Things like payments, stats and information is the basics of the program and We want to do it correctly.

The program is about to be ready in a month or two.

I am an affiliate with bethedealer now and for a ground-up program what I think is have payment options, paypal, infinia etc..keep your minimum low, and keep the webmasters up to date on promos or changes in any offered match play or promo so the sites can be changed timely, and lastly good webmaster support. (prompt replies no ignored emails)

There would be page with new&old creatives, weekly newsletters and continuous updating.
About the payments I'm about to give options of PayPal and wire transfers. I'm checking my options to provide the payments on the beginning of the month(something around the 5th to the 10th).
Support will be online by private forum or by mail.

Clicks and downloads in stats is a must...the aff programs that dont offer this make it extremely difficult to see what is and is not working from a marketing point of view.

If you run a straight up program you won't have any problem etaining webmasters....

There would be full stats, including daily spread.

Do you have ideas about new features that the program should have ?
