I still can't get attachments to work but tried to show a screenshot. My 'filter by brands' dropdown only includes MYB Casino and Mybookie :/

ETA: I just spotted on the left-side, "BigSpinCasino Total Players: 21" so there's definitely activity. I've also found BigSpin in the overall 'filter by channel' dropdown but selecting this option provides zero details, ie. just blank.
