2) I sincerely doubt it is the spam filter as we have communicated with the same people for years. They simply do not answer all that often so we have more or less given up on communicating with them.

3) Fell short: communication, poor pay, lack of flexibility with affiliate issues, etc
Here is an example:
We had a client sign up through our links. However, given that the new affiliate software does not show clients who do not deposit, we could not confirm their account like we used to do in the past. Fast forward a few months and the client tells us they have been playing and has an issue. We can not find the client in the affiliate back end where clients only show up if they have deposited. We reach out to our contacts, provide proof with numerous emails from the client proving they intended to sign up under us... our affiliate manager tells us tough **** the client isn't ours.

As such, our client's issues were never resolved. We lost a customer. And the affiliate manager proved that even after 5+ years of working with us, they don't really care about our relationship.

4) As I just mentioned, on the old affiliate software, we were able to see all players who signed up using our links. We used that information to confirm that players we personally signed up were properly tracked before they deposited, so that we could fix any errors that occurred during the sign up process (and over the course of the years, this happened probably 1-2 dozen times that we had to manually intervene to get a player properly tagged).

The new affiliate software only shows a new account when that account deposits. Otherwise, we can not see our players. As such, we can not confirm them. This of course leads to issues where we lose customers as described above.


Another issue is the pay. It is very low compared to our other offshore gaming partners.
Our poker partners pay us twice as much and don't take 20% off the top for "administrator fees".
Our casino partners pay us, in some cases, 5x as much.
None of these are fly-by-night brands either, but are in fact the largest offshore operators in the US/AU markets where we do most of our business.


In short, we would love to deal with someone outside of the Poker Affiliate teams for Intertops and Juicy Stakes. Furthermore, we would love to send both brands more business.

5) Also I would like to add an issue with pay scales.

For poker affiliates, there are two types of accounts, rakeback, and revshare. The rakeback accounts give a large portion of rake back to poker players, 36%, which results in far less affiliate commissions on Poker.

This is understandable.

What is not understandable is the pathetic sports and casino commissions offered to rakeback affiliates versus that of revenue share. A rakeback affiliate might make 12% commissions with 6 figure volume. The revenue share affiliate will make 35% or more on the same casino and sports volume.

There is no reason for this discrepancy as casino and sports betting revenue are completely unharmed by having a larger poker rake kickback to the players.

4) In addition to the player reports, provided by the affiliate system, you may always contact us for asking if players signed up under your account.

5) We are always open to renegotiate affiliate deals. Once you give us your username, we´ll review and see, what we can do for you.

We confirm, the calculation of the commission for casino and poker are different, same as it is for rakeback and poker rev. share affiliates. However, if an affiliate has a rakeback deal for poker it doesn´t affect his commission for casino or sportsbook in any way.

Finally, we are fully aware of competitor´s rev. share deals with 50% or more. But we are investing a lot in improvement of conversion and retention, which is more profitable for affiliates in the long run.
