New Gaming Portal: 4 Questions

I will be launching a huge gaming education/content portal soon and I want to offer
several options to online browsers.
Therefore, I have 4 questions:

1) I would like to tap into a feed for the latest gaming news worldwide.
Is there a recommended (hopefully free) service? I know very little about RSS feed,
so talk to me like I'm a 6 year old about what my options might be.

2) I would like to announce any new online casino games.
Where do I find this info? OR does someone here track this info?

3) What's the usual disclaimer today for online gamblers, especially in the US?
This is an information site only and I am not associated/affiliated with any online casino.

4) Are there procedures still in place to educate newbie online players about starting an
online account?
In the good old days, you could provide information on methods of payments, set up, etc
at several online casino sites.

1. I am not sure of any gambling or casino feeds off hand but I'm sure there are some. I know that Pokernews.com provides a simple piece of code that you insert in your site and provides poker and online poker industry news, updated daily.

2. I would subscribe to the newsletters of the affiliate programs that you promote or plan to promote. If a new game comes out, they will update you on those.

3. I would consult an attorney for you best advice on a proper disclaimer. Or, just take a look at some of the other webmasters disclaimers in this industry to get an idea of what is included in one. There are some good ones.

4. Sure, there are some sites that provide this information, but why don't you provide this information better than anyone else out there. Then you will be the resource for new players!
