As a new affiliates, first i posted here before totally Newbie in the business of affiliate marketing with a seo website, now after my first live released website, (which was sh#$) dynamic content non indexed pages and so on i decided to redo everything from the ground almost, learnt how to script with node js which was something i looked for by doing 100s of html pages not having to do it manually.
Now i ha e been working on completing pages and went into partial geo targeting which doubles the workload just for one country not English speaking, then the plan is for now to just adjust content for markets of English speaking a little. Any tips and hint you veterans have, like what ranking and backlinks do you need, how to achieve it the best way, hälso i noticed affiliate managers is hard to talk to when you have zero traffic. How much patience should i have of mot ha go by and traffic is zeroed. I decided also to start a news section. Where i plan to write some nice content not just copy pasting "igaming news" but more like suggestions and my own thoughts.

Since the exact strategy you have in mind is not exactly known, it is a bit difficult to give actual real-life tips. Nonetheless, you did ask about backlinks, and when it comes to them - your backlink strategy should reflect exactly what you want to acheieve.

You'd need to do some research to find places where you could get GEO- niche- and language-relevant links from. If you are starting from square 1, the best approach would be to reserach your competitors.

Affiliate managers are a whole other topic - if you are finding yourself in situations where they don't want to approve your aff account because you don't have traffic, just don't work with them for now. From my experience, very few brands / programs actually care about that, most just sign you up as soon as they see you application.

I am not sure I understand what you're working on. First, focus on getting a good basic structure of your website. You can refine the details later, but the priority is to generate some traffic. I don't know which geo you're targeting, but you don't need to start with multiple languages right away, especially if it's doubling your workload, as you mentioned, and you have so many other things to tackle. Build a good enough website and use it to showcase your site when reaching out to affiliate managers, keeping in mind that sometimes they don't respond simply because they miss messages or assume someone isn't serious, so don't take it personally. If one AM doesn't reply or doesn't want to work with you at the moment, move on to the next one. Once you start getting traffic and growing, you can reach out again if that's what you want, be more selective, and negotiate better deals, but you need to start somewhere.

Regarding your plan to rewrite iGaming news, make sure the content is relevant to your audience (that was one of my mistakes). What we find interesting or important often differs from what our readers want, so especially in this early stage, focus on what will drive the most immediate and significant return.
