I came here to re-read this thread today since I just noticed that you guys had dropped the quota to the terms so I figured it might be time to take another look at your program.

This link is referred by some as our older ATS link structure. Links in this format are still active and will record player referrals. They will not provide an affiliate with media stats like impressions or clicks.

I am not sure why an affiliate program would want to use a stats system that does NOT provide visitor stats to an affiliate just because they need to keep their links in a database.

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to get into the javascript debate as that would belong in it's own thread....

Please answer this question with a simple yes or no.

If I use a standard html link for tracking players, will my visitors show clicks in the stats?

Hi Rick,

If you do sign-up for an account and grab a direct link from the BetUS Partners site it will record hits/clicks and joins. Impression tracking is only possible if you grab the Javascript banner code from the Partners site.

That's what I wanted to know....I never watch impressions anyway but was not interested in a program that did not provide me visitor stats and originally I was led to believ that the only way to get visitor stats was javascript and it is why I wanted to ask again for clarification.

Are there also direct download links provided (html version) that would also track hits to the download?

I will be able to add campaign tracking to the mentioned links I assume??

Hi Rick,

I think some of this confusion stems from a year or so ago when we went from a internal affiliate platform to a outsourced affiliate platform called MyAffiliates.com.

Affiliate who were still using this older ATS linking stucture could continue using this code as we've continued to support it. Although, it's limited to player tracking only. Affiliates who want media stats which features are greatly improved on this new platform will need to get their links from the BetUS partners site.

We have both javascript and HTML banner options within the new BetUS Partners site.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

I don't mind walking you through your linking options and or helping you test these links.

I runa UK based site and was thinking of adding this book to my site - I've not had personal experinace of betting with them yet so was interested in feedback both from a user vand aff viewpoint.

I only use the html code with betus. It tracks clicks and sign-ups and you can add different campaigns to track from different websites. Frankly, I wish every affiliate site had software as good as this. Nobody should be put off Betus because of their (excellent) affiliate site. If you have any particular queries, then the affiliate team can produce even more stats from their backend (so to speak!), but it won't be necessary. Anybody with US traffic who is not promoting Betus is missing out.
