Sorry to read that, GCG, but definitely not surprised. Here are some possible answers to your unfortunate question:

Because they are so plainly ripping you off without the slightest concern for how it looks? Or deluding themselves that if they just do things like that right out in the open in front of the whole world no one would realize or recognize that the obvious is exactly what they are doing?

Because this is just another flagrant demonstration of how affiliates have no real access to data and the relationship is generally as vulnerable to fraud and imbalanced as a grain of sand beside a big pile of mud and dirt?

Because BCP is one of the most brazenly incredulous and unprincipled players on the Web when they want to be? That is certainly what they are to me, and I'm glad they will never again get the kind of valuable targeted traffic available through my sites as I continue removing all traces of them...such a bizarre business model to say the least, but just imagine how profitable merely treating people right could be...

I personally think the new stats have made our jobs a whole lot more difficult.

If I now want to see the amount of traffic each campaign has done for a specific time frame, I have to run a report on each and every campaign.

Previous to this change, I could see all the campaign in a simnple glance and see the totals for wach one in a single report.

The same thing for reports per property. I could see what each property did in a single report, but for that now I have to run 4 different reports.

None of this makes my job easier, and has made it MORE difficult....but I guess this just goes along with the the payment changes and shows me why a reduction of exposure makes more sense.

    Hi Rick,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I’ll answer both your posts in this reply.

Regarding the new Traffic Summary stats, the reporting offered to our affiliates is exactly the same as before. All you need to do is select the report you want from the drop down menu. For example, if you want to see all your campaign names, simply select “Show Campaign Names” from the Campaign drop down menu. That should solve all your reporting questions. If not, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Concerning your second message about a $3000 min payout, please allow me to clarify. The minimum amounts the affiliates need to earn in order for us to issue their payments hasn’t changed at all it is still $200. The $3000 limit you are referring to is merely a new requirement set by our payment processor which places a cap on the total amount for each individual check they can issue. For example, if you have $7000 in earnings that means you would receive 3 checks ($3000, $3000, $1000). However if your earnings are over $200 and under $3000 you will still receive 1 commission check for the month in question.

    We apologize for any confusion.

    Thanks
    BestCasinoPartner

I completly disagree that things are as before.

BEFORE: we could run a report for a clandar month, and see AT A GLANCE a total number of visitors from any and all campaigns. This information was segregated by campaigns, and all totals were shown, and we could EASILY see what each and every campaign had done for us for the given month.

The report as I described above is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Since I personally have over a dozen active campaigns, for me to see a report for a specific time frame for each campaign, I can either run the report (showing campaign names as you suggested) and then get out a calculator and add up what each campaign did....OR....

I can run over a dozen different reports for the given time period.

I can NOT run a single report and see the data SORTED by campaign, OR sorted by property the way it USED TO SHOW!

This means the reports that used to take a few minutes will now increase the amount of time by a factor of at least 10....

I do not see how the "new" reports are better since they contain less functionality than before the change.

I wish we had had a chance to beta these reports and provide feedback BEFORE they were implimented, since now we have no choice.

Thumbs down Goodbye traffic, goodbye bad casino partner...

Almost forgot about the apparent connection to casinoblasters. Fortunately only had one of theirs up - on one of the all time best locations for the growing mobile online gambling market. Just removed it for good. Most traffic from the US anyway, but so much lost potential as the tide is so clearly moving away from prohibition. When statements and stats are such that even falling down drunks couldn't buy, for me the acronym "bcp" reminds of words like bamboozling, chicanery and pretense.
