Hi Tropics, I don't have good information about launch dates for different sportsbooks, but there is a tool on the GPWA site to look through sponsor sites for the other criteria you mentioned -- being as sportsbook as opposed to other games types, and accepting players in a specific geographic location.
The search tool is available at www.gpwa.org/affiliates.
Search results for sportsbooks accepting player in the U.S. is available at https://www.gpwa.org/affiliates/affi...Id=0&x=24&y=19.
I have left the industry and earned a law degree at Indiana University Bloomington, Maurer School of Law. Here are ways to stay in touch with me:

This page is not updated, Nine no longer exists as BetGameDay, SuperiorBook is same as BetEmpire sportsbook, same owner, same software and two different affiliate programs.
very few people in the industry care for sportsbooks nowadays. Association with sportsbooks is perceived as a negative - a liability - since most of the prosecution in the US have been with sportsbooks.
There just aint that many choices aside from those oldtime sportsbooks in Costa Rica, Jamaica and Curacao. Most UK and Europe sportsbooks are kinda stingy with their affiliate deals.
I'd agree that US affiliates should be careful about choosing sportsbooks to target US based players.
But for the rest of the planet sports betting is very much alive and well.
I'd disagree with that - you can usually get 30-35% as a starting percentage with a bit of effort.
This is far better than the 25% on offer at the lowest tiers in Costa rican books.
