Hi, Emma. I received a newsletter from Stan James at sports@promos-stanjames.com today, promoting the free spins offer. I replied to the newsletter and it bounced back. The newsletter did include an alternative address (I found it after the bounce) but you need to ensure newsletters can be replied to.
We've had a go at testing the bonus today. It doesn't appear to work on all 'bonus games'. We got the free spins working on Evolution but it failed on Super Lucky Frog.
Finally, can I confirm please - the 5 free spins are worth 25p each so the no deposit bonus is a total of £1.25?

Hi there. The issue with the email is something that is currently being looked at by our email software providers, so hopefully this should be fixed in the not too distant future.
We will check out what you have said about Super Lucky Frog too and revert with an update.
And yes that should be right about the no deposit bonus
. The five free spins promotion is designed as an incentive to get players experiencing StanJamesCasino.com and what we have to offer. We have not done away with our standard sign-up bonus of Play £5 Get £20 Free - the five free spins is in addition to this.

Thanks, Garry - we only had chance to test the two games with the free spins, so not sure if the other games are working. In the meantime, I've dropped an e-mail to the addy in the newsletter as my login isn't working
