Default New type of gambling expert articles, cited with permanent link in academic sites

Starting October I am available for writing a new kind of articles for gambling-related sites, carrying more SEO power and aligning with the recent Google updates: It’s about summarizing friendly versions of academic articles published in gambling studies. The friendly article will be an adaptation from the academic one to the general-public audience, in what concerns style, language, and terminology, and will summarize the findings of the latter, in a broader non-academic context, adapted for your website and your readership.

Academic articles published in gambling-studies fields (problem gambling, gambling addiction, responsible gambling, gambling mathematics, strategy, statistics, gambling ethics) can provide plenty of interesting useful topics for the expert content of a gambling-related site.

Even as an adapted version, your article becomes citable in an academic publication. I will cite your article with its link in the reference list of a published academic article of mine that cites the original article (with the label ‘summary retrieved from’). That publication will be edited and posted back on high-authority (DR 80 – 90) science repositories (including .edu sites), from which you will get permanent contextual backlinks.

    Example of citation:

Harrigan, K., Dixon, M., & Brown, D. (2015). Modern multi-line slot machine games: The effect of lines wagered on winners, losers, bonuses, and losses disguised as wins. Journal of Gambling Studies, Vol. 31, 423-439. Summary retrieved from yoursite.com [link to the adapted article]

Other expert articles in your site (not necessary a summary of an academic article) can also be cited with links in academic sites, provided they are in one of the categories problem gambling, gambling addiction, responsible gambling, gambling mathematics, or strategy, and have relevant content for the context of citation. The citation in the references list is labeled with ‘Related articles’.

PM me for the brochure with full details, how it works, samples, and terms & conditions.

We have added a valuable publisher in our program’s portfolio. It’s about springernature.com (DR 82), where I got access recently. Citations of gambling expert articles can be inserted in our future publications in the Science Blog section of Springer Nature (the Behavioral Science & Psychology community).
Our portfolio of publishers also include usc.edu, philpapers.org, researchgate.net, etc. (check the list of publishers in our GamMathQA program).

Our Citable Article program for gambling-related sites is running successfully and we have published over 30 citations since its launch in October. Our citation-based academic link building service is more and more sought. After the Google's March 2025 core update, we have received requests from other niches beyond gambling. We have a rich output of academic publications at PhilScience Gambling Lab, available for your citations/links.

One of the unique features of the CBALB method is that the new content on the client’s site goes in tandem with that of the journal article that it summarizes, which usually ranks very high. This association, along with the academic citations, makes the summary also eligible as a resource for the Google's AI-search component.
This form of science journalism specific for the gambling niche has huge SEO potential.
See in the attached images samples of gambling pages landing on the Google’s first page in searches (along with the journal article’s page) due to this feature.

We have recently updated the editorial fee schedule for the CBALB program. We have set up different fees for the academic sites in our portfolio (depending on the the moderation/review process and site category). We have included a renewable (per year) option for placements in three research data repositories and the fees start now from EUR 9. Contact us for sending you the updated TC file.
