Not sure if any of you still have difficulty avoiding bank charges if your programme pays you in £/€ and you want the money in your account in USD?

Anyway, I get paid in Gibraltar in GBP but have my mortgage in euros in Spain where I live. I was fed up with the hefty bank charges but a co-worker sent me a link to this company that will make the transfer via a 3rd party account for a fraction of the cost.
