Newbie needs critics

Just started advertising 2 days ago, seems my download to signup ratio is 2-1. But I am making money despite the frustration and red tape I had to go through to get the site advertised as all the major search engines no longer allow gambling related keywords or content, none the less I did find a few CPC engines and they seem to be bringing traffic.

I'd like all types of criticism, good, bad and ugly. I started from scratch and it took a month to get this thing going, I'm not even close to giving up yet!. Thanks all.

For a first shot its not bad. The thing that I would think about if I were you would be where your focal point is. What area of your site grabs people the most you think? If your not sure then you need to make one. Other than that you will learn things through trial and error.

Appreciate the feedback, I personally like the Casino Listings A-Z page, but very few visitors get to that, maybe some rearranging will help. Trial & error is VERY expensive, but you have to spend money to make money. Right?

I'm a noob myself, but I think your site looks good..

I've noticed that you rely on mostly banners. I thinks thats fine for CPC and pop unders, but if your going for organic searches then your going to need to optimze for your niche keywords.

Lori, whats your average cost per Aquisition compared to your profit from that aquisition?
