Newbie Needs Some Help

I'm totally new to world of online casino affiliate marketing. I was wondering if any of you can point me in the right direction of any "real" good ebooks or must read articles for newbies? This should go through the basics down to terminology. Things like player retention revenue share, CPA are all new to me. Is google my best tool or is there a must read book which will cover these?

I also have a few questions:
I currently have a relatively large gambling community on facebook which I am about to push to my site which is due for release soon. The dermographic is 18-35 year old pokie/slots players from Australia.

What are the best Affiliate Programs that would work with me to target these users? Things like focused promotions and advertisements reworded to use Pokies instead of the usual American Slot term.
What Online Casinos offer gambles on their slots/pokies? IE Red Black and Suiting?
Are there any whitepapers on Online Gambling in Australia and the take up rate?

Facebooks tact on advertising gambling isn't very black and white. Currently I am in the grey area as I am not directly promoting gambling, however my website will be and I will be hoping people can comment/like from within my page. Is this crossing the line? Any experiences you know about?
