Anyone recommend a decent site for newsletters? Something like mailchimp but one that allows gambling/affiliate marketing

I think AWeber allows gambling (Casino Lemonade uses AWeber, for example) and YMLP certainly does (Casino Beacon and others use this). Otherwise, there's a few good WordPress plugins if you use that platform and want to do it yourself.

I've never used AWeber myself but have used YMLP in the past for non-gambling stuff. No complaints in terms of deliverability but I would have liked a few more features.

You can simply use feedburner which is simple to use and is free. Best of all is by google and they seem to have high penetration rates and don't get blocked too much by spam.

I've contacted ymlp and they don't accept gambling related newsletters. I bought Sendblaster recently and I'm quite happy with it. It offers double opt-in.
