    Default NJ Licensed Affiliates

Who here has gone through the licensing process in NJ for CPA, or even better, revshare? I'm hoping to learn more about what's involved. Also curious if anyone has negotiated for direct flat rate advertising deals with any NJ brands and if that also requires a license or not.

Overall, would like to have a chat with fellow affiliates about the developing and emerging regulated market in the USA.

To get the license (DGE vendor registration) to promote on CPA base it's pretty easy. Usually, the casino you want to promote, submit it on your behalf to the DGE. You can apply with any company, a US-based company is not nessacary. Once registered you can promote any NJ casino on CPA.

For revenue share, you would need to apply for an Ancillary License. The application is $2,000. It's a fairly lengthy process.

I've submitted my vendor registration (CPA) this week.

    Its the vendor license
    nj.gov/lps/ge/sils_licensing.htm

Then you have the disclosure form nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Forms/41-Vendor%20Registration%20Supplemental%20Disclosure% 20Form.pdf

The active vendors list is public.

The biggest issue we had (when we were an active vendor), they wanted quarterly earnings updates. Total earnings in the period and from which operators. We stopped because it was a quarterly reminder of how little we earned from that market compared to others.

Pay $2,000 and go through a lengthy application process for the privilege of promoting a brand on CPA which earns far less (in comparison to other markets), while significantly increasing one's paperwork load? No thank you !!

You are misinformed, it's a simple one page form to promote on CPA. The $2,000 is for revshare.
