Odds Comparison Script, Valuechecker Closed
Hey guys.
Been lurking on the forum for a while so decided it was time to join in!
Valuechecker have now ceased their free revenue split odds comparison script, which I guess many of us that owned sports/footy sites have used at some point to display the upcoming match odds.
The 50/50 revenue split wasn't ideal and I was wondering if anyone that already had a similar alternative in place could advise a different choice for displaying odds comparison (for football mainly; subscription based is fine and ideally, with 100% click share for the links).
I've searched the forum and google, not turned up anything that looks good so far. Alternatively, I guess I might have to begin the daunting task of getting a freelancer to build a custom one which I'm aware can be pretty tough to get all the bookies to correlate and requires a lot of maintenance!
Cheers!

sorry for you that they have stopped to share it even it was at 50/50...
yeah valuechecker.. they was the reason that i started to write my own comparison script(even it have a lot of "errors").. first i got an freelancer but he gived up after 2 month...
if you get an company which are providing prematch odds as example.. you will to have some xK of euros to get their subscription.
you will get a lot of "free" widgets/pages but there you can't add your own aff links..
that is my experience so far.
good luck for the future..

yep, gave it a shot a while ago it's extremely difficult to do it yourself using the feeds from bookies for a multitude of reasons.
xmlsoccer offers a good but basic feed of english/european football odds but not many markets and it's only £10 a month.

Another system that use the 50/50 sharing links is provided by checkyourodds from uk . They have most of the sports . And a good example what you can do with their solution is oddsalert , also from uk.
I have work also in the past with valuechecker ,but today i'm working to put my site (oddsaddict) online with them.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll take a look at checkyourodds as a temporary replacement and then I'll see if I can put something together for the future from the xmlsoccer feeds. Not looking for anything too in depth 'market-wise' so the feeds they provide seem fine - plus they seem to give the XML data for the Scottish Premiership for free
Cheers again!

We use betbrain also with a similar ratio - 50%-50%, but planning a local solution for both results and odds. Actually with the results it is much easier, but with odds it is more complicated.
Don't know if at this moment we can offer the solution also for others, but if you are interested in just a small part let me know via a PM and we could give it to you just for some links back. (at this moment at least)
