Not a plug for my site but I am really concerned about an ongoing trend with Rival and high rollers. They seem to be calling them bonus abusers if they withdraw large sums and then cutting down the withdraw limit to $500 a day that is a total joke! Me thinks Rival is having trouble with enough assets to cover large wins.

I would like to see Bonustreak. The link is incomplete.

I've never had a highroller cross any rival.

    Edit: Found it

I also wanted to add another situation that happened that left a really bad taste. A few months ago Gold Rock launched on Rival platform and my partner was playing the Scary Rich slot and doing very well then all the sudden the casino shut down and when she went back that slot and the new Scary Rich was gone from the casino!! BAM just removed because players were doing well on the slot! For Rival to allow operators to selectively remove high variance slots at will is unethical to me.

Thanks for the link Bonustreak. I read the entire thread and found it very informative and a little disturbing.

Rival is really starting to worry me. They are becoming more and more like Playtech, with one central support for all casinos. Making all casinos almost seem like one casino (not one better then the other). And if you have a problem and go to support, you can get answers that don't seem to make sense with what the person before that told you, or what the site might say.

Maybe Rival is growing too fast and opening too many new casinos too fast to be able to keep up to speed with quality support, terms, and in making sure they treat players like the best online casinos do. (iNetBet and Club World come to mind).

I think the bonus abuser definition is way too vague. It seems they are punishing players that happen to find some good fortune and win, rather then actual bonus abuse. If they deem a player a bonus abuser, they can not offer bonuses to them. Simple. But to mess with their cashouts is absolute nonsense! Wrong!

Personally, as a player I care most about fast, hassle-free withdraws, no gimmicks, no complicated things or tricks hidden in small print. I really don't care at all about bonuses. If they're offered, sometimes I'll take them . Often times not because the wagering requirements don't make it worth taking to me. Any casino that won't flush my cashouts, or does not process cashouts lightening fast, or... god forbid... put a $500 a day cashout restriction on me, would not be getting my deposits. Period.

I've been really impressed with Rivals up till now. More and more as time has gone by here. Now I'm re-thinking this. Rival casinos should not punish players simply because they won by messing with their withdrawal limits. If this is happening, and continues to happen, it's going to hurt Rival more then they know.

Thanks again for sharing that thread Bonustreak. I enjoyed reading it.

OMG! While she was logged into the casino she got logged off and they removed the game she was currently doing so well at?

I don't like that at all.........

Yes, thanks bonustreak for the link. It's imperitive in this situation to see what players are going through. Glad to see some Rival responses as well, good job Streak. They really need to listen, otherwise players tend to just go elsewhere after to much frustration. It certainly reflects in our stats as well.

    ps..

Cashed out $1000 at Gold Rock. Sent in my due dilligence docs on Mon 13th. It's now the 18th and havn't seen it yet. I don't think they process on weekends.

    Still playing and testing here.

Aff earnings mean crap to us when it comes to our forum members who are good depositors being treated like this we will stand up for them and do what is right by them even if it means losing a few grand in earnings we don't care because in the end the players should always come first to affiliates.

    .

    And why is this?

and how long does it take Goldrock to pay its winners?

How much can a player deposit with their credit card?

Why limit withdraw amounts when you require verification for any first time withdraw?

Thanks to Bonusstreak and all the other affiliates in this thread, for shedding some light on this subject. This business has become very "corrupt" in the past year or so with all these new casinos popping up so quickly and coming out with these ridiculous rules and withdrawal limits etc. I wonder, do US affiliates and players get different rules than International players and aff's?? Is this all because these new casinos and some of the old ones that have changed their terms, think its easy now to take advantage of USA players and aff.'s because of UIEGA?

Thoughts anyone, am i just being paranoid?

You have every reason to worry Giggles. Casinos are doing way to much messing around right now in fear of losing money. None of these casinos think like we do. And that is this...

If you make things too complicated people will just not play at your casino or take bonuses with your casino. Many of us have dropped playing at a casino because of ridiculous terms and they simple don't see that. Wake up casinos or you will drop like the rest.

    Hi Sami,

Thanks for stopping in. I was hoping to hear from more individual Reps! It really helps us to understand.

I happened to play at Gold Rock a couple weeks ago. I deposited QT and I withdrew $1000. I had to withdraw this in 2 $500 increments. Could you tell us why this is in place? I can still withdraw the $1000 but it seems an unnessacary step to have to do it multiple times depending on the amount. If Rivals are like RTG's in the sense that there is a limit with payouts per week, that is easier to understand than not being able to cashout initially.

I sent in my due dilligence docs on the 13th. I have not received my cashout yet.

It's good to know you have your own support team. They have been responsive and I am happy with that. I know they have no control on where my cash out is.

Also, there was another post here regarding removal of Scary Rich 2. Could you elaborate on that as well?

I appriciate your coming in Sami, and not trying to pick on Gold Rock! It is really helpful to us to understand why many players are turned off by Rival Casinos. Maybe we can work together to improve things.

    Regards,

There's not many Rival operators that respond much on the forums. It's nice to work with someone that's responsive, and doesn't dodge the difficult stuff.

    Thanks Sam!

I thought that all Rival Casinos used Rival's support. That reminds me of Playtech and my experience with their support they use for most every casino running their software. It was not good for the player. Often times the casino was in a completely different country then the support staff. How can things run well that way?

I learned something new today. That all Rival powered casinos do not use Rival's support. There's ONE that offers their own in-house support, Gold Rock. This sets you apart in a positive way. Very nice!

Thanks again for your response here Sam, and for speaking to me today. It is very refreshing to speak to a straight-shooter like yourself. Thanks again..

Another thing is if someone has been playing and depositing in a casino since 2006 and never cashed out and all the sudden got lucky in 2009 cashes out and is set to $500 a day and also labeled a bonus abuser at the same time, how does that happen?

Rivals need to get their act together I am at the point where I will pick and choose between them now and only choose to send my members to the ones that are not being dishonest and treating players fair. If regulation came tomorrow half these casinos would be shut down over night.

    Hi Mojo,
First of all, congratulations on your win
Please PM me your username and I will look into it for you.

We do provide our own support, but as you know the payments are handled by Rival, because
this is the safest and most efficient way both for us and the players, and the increments
were set to solve speed problems.

Now, the security checks and processing do take several days, and I apologize for that,
but each and every one of the many winners we had ? no matter how big ? got her or his
    money.

As for the Scary Rich, during the launch of the casino there were certain technical
incidents that required us to take it off, but the game will be back on shortly.

I?m very happy for this chance to talk with you and see how we can work out issues about
Gold Rock or Rival in general, as partners.

    Sami

    Hi Sami,

First thanks again for partaking here. Half the battle sometimes is to be heard and get feedback to understand.

From what I am gathering, the policies come from Rival as opposed to individual Rival Casinos. The concerns voiced here are things like cashouts and bonus abuse rules.

Is it possible for those of us here to reach the ears of the Rival Policy makers? Often affiliates can speak for players with the feedback we receive. Perhaps by understaning Rival policies better we could, at the very least, advise players. Bonus abuse rules, for example, could be in fact putting off otherwise very good players. I'm not sure how multiple cash outs make payouts speedier so that would be another question.

Again, not to pick on anyone but I think that together we could really come to a better understanding. When affiliates get to many player complaints, we have to listen as I'm sure you understand. I also see terrific affiliate managers like yourself who take pride in their efforts and it shows. We are all on the same page to strive for success.

Could you pass this on to the Rival Powers That Be for us Sami?

Thanks again and I sent you a pm on the payment.

    Best Regards.

    </o>
As some of you may already know, we at Paradise 8 have recently decided to follow the lead of Slotocash regarding promotions and no longer bonus ban players for "high risk" playing style as many of the other Rival casinos do. Players will only be disallowed bonuses under extreme security conditions such as signing up with multiple accounts, or obvious cases of affiliate/player abuse (these cases will be looked into personally by Paradise 8 management, not simply flagged by the Rival back end).

If for whatever reason a player does become banned from bonuses at Paradise 8, they are encouraged to contact the Casino Manager or VIP Manager and one of them will personally make sure that all complaints are looked into fairly and without discrimination. For more information, please feel free to contact me at jaxon@thejetsetlife.com. Thanks for all your support and good luck at the casino.<o>

    Regards,<o>

Thank you Jaxon. It is very much appriciated (and some brownie points) that reps from Rivals help us out here. Affiliates respond to active dialog here.

Since another amsterdam is coming, perhaps you could discuss this. I assume that conferences create wonderful things!

My thing is that I play, so I know. Here is a chat and a bonus term. Of course there is no need to name the casino. I have no problem depositing a few bucks and seeing how players are treated:

    me: Hi you
You: Welcome to xxxxxxxxxxxx Live Support. How may I assist you?
Me: i was just wondering. i have deposited a lot and i dont see my bonus offering changing.
You: May I have your Login name and email address please?
    Me: xxx
    Me: xxx@xx
    You: One moment please.
    Me: ty
You: Your patience is appreciated. I will be with you shortly.
    Me: ok ty
You: Our records indicates that your are receiving promotions according to your current account level.
You: Is there a specific promotion I can help you with?
Me: it is not consistant with other rivals
Me: is there some reason I am blocked from recieving bonuses?
Me: i have a 20% bonus and no loyal player bonuses
Me: i have deposited consistantly. should i keep playing here? or should i go to another rival>
    You: One moment please.
You: I will be with you shortly.
You: I'm sorry, but we can not provide the account with any no deposit promotion at this time. If any promotion becomes available you will be emailed right away.
Me: ok ty xxxx. i do not need a bonus from xxxxxxx.
Me: i simply will not deposit anymore.
    Me: have a nice eve.
I was not asking for a no deposit. I was asking why I no longer received any deposit bonus offers.

    A progressive offer:

Get $10 FREE (no deposit necessary)
Get $10 free. If you meet the playthrough and minimum cashout requirements, you may be required to make a small deposit in order to verify your account information. No additional wagering will apply. The small deposit does not apply to any minimum cashout requirements.

Maximum 1 bonus per household/computer/person. Minimum deposit required to withdraw (for fraud prevention)
    100x bonus playthrough ($1000)
Playthrough is the amount that must be wagered (put at risk) before you may cashout.

Unless otherwise stated, 1 credit wagered in a game counts as 1 credit toward playthrough requirements. Play at the following games, and any variants, does not count towards playthrough requirements and winnings may be considered null and void: Roulette, Blackjack, Sicbo, RedDog, Baccarat, PaiGow, Slots, War, ThreeCard, LetItRide, Videopoker, Craps, DoubleUp, CaribStud.
Please guys. Figure out why players don't want to play at Rivals anymore. Since another conference is upon us, please get together and figure this out for us? It would be much appriciated.
