I have a misunderstanding, let's say that I posted an article about "xxx Casino - 20 free spins no deposit" on 1 June. Has an effect (positive or negative) if I change the date when it's posted with let's say, today ?

This is kind of the Content Relaunch strategy and it is good one to get the organic traffic or improvement in your search engine rankings.
First Improve and update the content with images, fresh content and then Republish your post. If you are using wordpress you can also change the publishing date.
