General comment:

Why is it so hard in this industry to work with (or employ qualified) affiliate-managers that REALLY KNOW what they are doing?! Serious how difficult is that job? There are some great ones but the headache you get from all those other WANNABEES that have no clue is ANNOYING! Time wasters....
