Out of the office

Hi all

Late notice I know, but I'm about to be out of the office for 3 weeks. I'll be back in the office on September 13th.

Celia will be looking after things while I'm away. Please don't burn the house down.

I celebrated turning 35 by going to bed at 7pm because a hurricane was supposed to hit that day and they closed down the entire island. Turns out just as I thought, the cat 5 hurricane was downgraded all the way to a tropical storm then missed us completely. Guess I was the hurrcane afterall

I also managed to give myself a minor concussion right before flying home a few days ago on a hike (and almost plummeting 300 metres to my death if not for someone grabbing my hand at the last second and pulling me to safety) so that has helped with forgetting how old I am. At least until next year. It has also left me with a lump the size of a softball on the side of my head not to mention pain when doing anything that requires opening my mouth.

So as I am back, unfortunately I have a lot to catch up on and due to the head injury taking it easy a little so may not be around much.
