Package of 14 .com domains well aged

The following set of 12 sites are each at least 30 years old domains, (some slightly more). One set of 2 names (the SA ones) are around 16 years old. The total package is 14 domains/sites.

All domains are .com (except one)
Most are html built sites
If a wordpress install does exist, it was due to someone starting to migrate the site to wordpress. (see notes)

With domains of this age, it should be reasonable for them to be worth $250 each easily. (that makes the package worth approximately $3500) I do not have time to develop a lot of these further right now so am willing to let the entire package of 14 go at $2750. The entire package might be worthwhile for those running or wanting to build their own PBN.

I plan on holding at least a few days to see if anyone is interested in the entire package. (after say 5 days of listing)

I would prefer to sell them as a bulk package, but will consider separate sales with a fairly firm price each site.

Each domain is listed below with a note as to html site or not, as well as the original creation date of the name.

Yes most of these are hyphenated names.

If we must use escrow.com for the payments, the entire package will be listed as a single sale so I am not eating a ton of fees. (they now have a minimum of $50 on every transaction)

As for allowing the sale of single domains sites, and with domains of this age, it should be reasonable at $350 each. Anyone that wants 3 or more, will discount to $250 each (again as single sale at escrow or $300 each separated).

Keep in mind that just covering the yearly renewal on a 20 year old domain has a fair amount of $$ invested.

Absolutely zero low ball offers will be entertained in any way.

Additional side notes, and before anyone asks, Yes these sites were owned by another former member who is no longer with us, and I am only the second owner guaranteed. In some cases some were hosted elsewhere and in some cases the hosting had not changed. (but that should be inconsequential) Zero discussions of the financials with the previous owner will be discussed or entertained.

I apologize if any of the creation dates are incorrect, I was using the godaddy whois to grab those at the time.

Many of you understand how to get in touch with me, but if you very little history at the GPWA you should provide an email method to get in touch if you are interested. Obviously private message will be followed up on as well. I will not go sign up at your telegram, or any other site.

For any members that have been around the GPWA for a very long time and have shown you are extremely helpful to other members and post regularly, you guys know how important that has always been to me and the community and I might just entertain a discount, but keep in mind I just can not give these away in order to recoup some costs incurred over the years.

As for payment, I would prefer paypal from non gaming emails, or maybe sending you a PP invoice if you absolutely need to use say a credit card. See notes above, as using escrow.com is an option as long as the prices are along guidelines above that help cover those fees.

(as a side note, a few domains might not have ssl on them, in some cases that is due to the html having hard coded links in navigation to the http and I never put the time into the extensive search and replace a few sites would need to take care of that)

The value of these are mostly in the fact the age of the domain.
