Default Paddy Partners - it doesn't get worse than this

This is not the first time that I open a discussion about PaddyPartners, but I think other affiliates should know how this company treats their "partners".

Last year I had a huge problem with this program, they failed to pay me commissions that were marked as "paid" in the system. Somehow they couldn't even find the problem, and told me it should be an issue with my Skrill account. The funny thing is that I got dozens of payments on my Skrill account in the same period, without a single problem, and I was 100% confident that the problem was not on my side. Anyway, I asked Skrill about it and they confirmed that my account didn't have any technical problem and that I never got any payment for PaddyPower in that period. Finally, after talking to 4 people in 41 emails (YES FORTY ONE) and almost 4 months waiting, they managed to pay me, but not before failing a few agreements.

This is the last email that I've got from them in 2014:

"Hi Can you wait for this payment with this month payment at month end. I just need everything signed off and ensure all is correct? You will get whatever you have earned in March along with the missing €XXXXXX? It will be in your account by 25th of April and you will never have this problem again? Cheers, Paddy."

But.. surprise! It happened once again!. This year they failed to pay me March, and here we go again with the "saga". I will let you read the emails and make your own conclusions about this company. Have fun:

Tue, May 5, 2015 at 11:11 AM Hello, Do you know when you are going to process the payments for March? My username is XXXX

Tue, May 5, 2015 at 12:07 PM Hi, Leave this with me and I’ll get back to you this evening when I speak with Finance.

Hello, Can someone take a look at my account? I'm waiting for a reply since 16 days ago.

Thu, May 21, 2015 at 5:02 PM Hi, Apologies for the delay in response, I have arranged a meeting with Finance and I will 100% have you a final payment date with you by Monday at the latest for whatever is o/s and get the account up to date. Again apologies for lack of response.

Wed, May 27, 2015 at 9:56 AM Hi,Once again you said nothing about my commissions. I really don't know what else I can do but the best option is probably to stop promoting Paddy Power. Every month is a nightmare to get my money, I lose my time and my patience with these constant mistakes in the payments, and no one seems to know what is the problem with my account, and I think no one really cares too.

Wed, May 27, 2015 at 3:28 PM Hi, Sincere apologies for the delay in payment, what I can advise is that payment will be made to you next Wednesday night. I’ll send you mail to confirm it has been sent for everything o/s. Again, sorry for any inconvenience and we will ensure this issue does not arise again.

AND 9 days later, I'm still waiting.....

Paddy are poor, end of. Obviously just a personal opinion, based on the fact they have put us on negative rollover and accused us of being fraudulent/suspicious when we certainly aren't.

It has never been a secret PaddyPower holds their hand in your pocket at all times. The thing is old time affiliates vouch for them as their terms and treatment differs a lot from those to new affiliates (big or small). The fact that the whole cross-promotion reasoning differs from whomever you hear it, ranging from "Oh it's a company policy" "Oh it's just for new websites, once you promote us for 12 months we enable it" "Oh it's how it is" etc etc shows the whole "professionalism".

I think Simo once wrote to them a great comparison, if I buy shoes from Adidas, im a customer of Adidas not just the shoe department. And where's their active affiliate manager that used to lurk around this forum...? Luis or something similar.

I mean look at the OP's conversation. They are not stalling him or giving him a reason for the delay, they are straight lying in his face. In before they have a big booth on all conferences, serve free beer and that makes up for all of it right...

In the meantime, and after I wrote the original post, they promised to pay me on last Thursday..

    ... and failed once again.

... and didn't say anything about it.

being professional is not a priority for this company, that's for sure.

They finally paid me March commissions, 3 months later. I'm still missing commissions from November and January because I had neg. carryover and somehow the system "forgot" to add them to the next payment.

Anyway, I'm giving up on this, I'm not going to lose my time anymore with PaddyPartners, these guys are useless.
