Regarding the previous updates it should have been about 2-3 months ago.
Maybe Google has problems with the page rank.

Page rank is not so important any more...
Page Rank is not so important factor any more for the placements in search engine results

Surely PageRank isn't as importent as before with regards to placement in Googles results. But they are still important for someone like me who moved his website from one domain to another some months ago and still has got no PR to show. Good link exchances are difficult to get when you got a zero PR. Webmasters are (understandably) reluctant to link up with a site that could be a new quality site, but also could be a site that is penalized by Google.

Indeed, I think we all believe that Page rank is not that important, but at the same time, when someone wants to do a link exchange, the first thing they mention is PR.
I've noticed recently a jumble in Google for search terms that I did rank very well on - something must be up. I see pages with PR of 3 much higher than 4 or 5's.
Patience is tough, but thats what it takes, especially with Google. One time I was "sandboxed" by Google for a very long time because I had added a forum that some idiot placed some virus/trojans on. Needless to say, I removed the forum because of all the spam (even with my having to approve as forum Admin).
You live and learn.
Right now I am working on adding articles and content which keeps my mind off the PR stuff.
