Pages are not indexed

Hi everyone!

I have two pages that were not indexed, although I added them about a month ago.

I've requested indexing via Search Console a couple of times but nothing happened.

Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?

All pages that I added after these two were indexed instantly.

What does the status show in GSC?

And...as long as you have checked page for errors, it's in sitemap etc...and it's actually a worthwhile page overall (ie not just 20 words and a list of operators)....then I wouldn't worry yet......this is more common than you might think.

If i had to wait for a month to get my new pages indexed, i guess one day i would throw my site in a rubbish bin.

Everything seems fine. Both pages are in sitemap. I thing they'll be indexed soon because I just saw that Bing started indexing them recently

Don't worry, I think if you did everything right, your pages will soon appear in the index

Have you checked your sitemap? Check if Google is allowed to crawl the pages

Some of the pages on my site have recently been de-indexed by google. Sometimes they are not added even after index registration.
By modifying the content, it is now registered.

Personally, I had problems with indexing when Google had major updates in November and December 2021. Then the pages were not indexed at all, not at all. Now everything seems to be fine.

Usually using Omega I have no problem indexing my pages. Did you give it a try?

But note...for me the pages that won't index (or are slow to index) in GSC won't when they're put through OmegaIndexer either. Always worth a try though.....but the bottom line is pages that won't index are (almost certainly) not doing so for a reason. And only G knows the reasons, although you can second-guess 90% of them.

You can opt for this free method, using Google's API to crawl your website.

For this to work, you'll need to:

- purchase the Rank Math SEO plugin
- install the "Instant Indexing for Google" - some sort of add-on for Rank Math plugin.
- and keep an eye on the quota's...

Thanks a lot for this information! I've had some real indexing issues last couple of months. Been using the tools in Google Webmaster Tools, but Google wont add it to the index anyway. Will try this ASAP! Cheers!

There are other methods to use that do NOT require you to purchase RankMath. (rankmath is not the only game in town)

Many are in agreement the google's api is a valuable tool, as long as it is not over-used.

Google API is the way to go for the faster indexation, been using it for nearly a year. It works not only for job posting, etc and you don't need even Rank Math to use it. However, as i posted like 5 months ago, if you overuse it their algo will start ignoring you and you'll see this message quite often --

Sorry, we couldn't process this request because you've exceeded your daily quota. Please try submitting this again tomorrow.

But if you need to get quickly your updated content live, some 10 pages a day is not a problem at all.
