I really don't think you need to worry Paul, lowering caffine should help.
Years ago, (1999) I was working in a door mfg plant. I worked in the bi-fold door shop and one of my tasks was making mirrored bifold door, they shipped the mirrors to be cut in wooden crates with about 200 or so sheets of mirrors in them.
I was in process of moving a crate with the fork lift and the load shifted, send the lot of them against the load brace of the lift truck. I believe I broke around 30 sheets of mirrors. So how many years and generations have I cursed???
Maybe that is why in the past 2.5 years I have had:
2 heart attacks
2 knee surgeries
2 back surgeries
1 eye surgery
1 eye injury.
Ahhh, now I know where the bad luck came from. I forgot all about those danged mirrors I broke. Ok, I am off to start shoveling, many mirrors to hide.
P.s. The possibility of good luck figures in as I re-married in 2000 to the best, if not most patient person in the world.
