Does anyone recognize the name supportgal or is it just me being paranoid?

I recently ran across a site called wiredducks.com and I thought I would get into the site. Then I looked at their forum and one of the moderators is someone named supportgal.

I recall supportgal from the failed pokerdream network. She was managing the network there too and alot of player money went missing. I remember the owner there trying to get her to return the players money. She apparently moved it from players acct to an acct that she set up for herself. She refused to return the money and walked off with alot of players money.

Is this the same supportgal now running a new site just? Is she the same one? or someone else?

I was a player on k9poker when they were with pokerdream network and I remember her name very well. I am wondering if this is the one and the same or not?

I dont recognize the name but I do know that www.wiredducks.com is owned or at least run by none other than Mr Jay Todd so I wouldn't be concerned with anyone working there.

One other thing sir.I couldn't see a forum there anywhere.

John Duitchak was the person responsible for PokerDream. Supportgal was simply an employee of his. There were a lot of rumors floating around about who was who and who did what but bottom line is... John Duitchak is the thief who stole our money, everyone else was a victim. Supportgal did not take anyones money.

By the looks of the posts so far, I guess most of those 2061 registered users are spammers.

I would love to see the proof you have to back up this statement. Supportgal was helpful in clearing up many questions about PD and John Duitchak when the site was first closed down. Check out this thread at APCW to see what I'm referring to.

I say that forum doesn't exist in SE at all. Alexa ranking n/a? Must be run and visited by one user only and visited and posted by invisible bot spammers.

The Wired Ducks forum looks like a project that never got off the ground. As for supportgal.... this is her info from the forum:

As you can see, she has not made a single post in the forum.

The site admin had made one post but it was deleted....

Her MSN email address is posted there for anyone to see. The admin also has an email address available... I don't know how you found Wired Ducks forum or why you decided to post here at GPWA but perhaps getting in touch with one or the other of these people would be better than posting speculation and/or accusations in a public forum.

The Inside Scoop on Wired Ducks Poker, J Todd, and Support Gal

Hello everyone. I'm sorry I didn't get here earlier but, as many of you know, I don't post here too much do to my schedule... and this thread was just brought to my attention.


Wired Ducks Poker was my idea about a year and a half ago. It's a new way to use advertsier revenue to generate a play-for-free poker site that will allow players to win real money, prizes, and trips to WSOP events.


I live in Washington State, and the Gambling Commission has already approved this concept for a poker room so long as a follow a few rules:

1) No advertising for online gambling.
2) No using existing online gambling software or networks.
3) Complete transparency.


I had no problem with these rules... except for one little issue: To use no existing platform or network meant that Wired Ducks software would have to be custom built... and I don't have the rather large dollars that would take.


The entire project was put on the back-burner as APCW Anthony and I looked for an investor for many months. It was then that the Poker Dream scandal broke, and the APCW was in the middle of it reporting the facts, exposing John Dutchack, and trying to track him down. He stole all the cash from player accounts and even sold worthless shares of the company.


While working on the Poker Dream scandal, Support Gal and I spoke often. She suggested that I take over Poker Dream and run it with a Mr. Erikson, who lived in Scandanavia and had been one of Duchack's investors. I was supposed to meet with Mr Erickson in Amsterdam last year, but he never showed up and the idea of converting Poker Dream into a play-for-free site soon died.

However, one of the Poker Dream skin owners, who had not yet even launched his site KAOS Poker (an abbreviation of King Ace Off Suite) had been watching what the APCW did in the investigation and, as a result, got very familiar with myslef and Anthony. And when it became clear I would not take over Poker Dream, we began to speak with him about our concept for the play-for-free site.


Anthony and myself still very much wanted to build our poker room, Wired Ducks, and that former owner of KAOS Poker, Raphael Levy (an attorney in Dallas, Texas) wanted to own and run a poker room, too. Plus, as a successful attorney, he had legal knowledge and the money to make the investment we needed to build the site.


It was a good match, and Wired Ducks was underway. And since Support Gal had been so helpful in getting us all together, we are fairly confident the we will use her as a customer service liaison when the site opens. She also has stayed in contact with many, many players from the Poker Dream network who we (obvioulsy) would love to have playing at Wired Ducks Poker. And we want to make sure they are taken care of... as much as we can.


So that's the long and short of it. I had not planned on revealing all of this until we were ready for Beta Testers... which anyone here at GPWA will be welcomed to participate in... but when I saw this thread I knew I had to clear the air on what Wired Ducks was, it's ties to Support Gal, and be completely transparent with our investor/co-owner.

Wired Ducks Poker has a majority ownership by our investor, Raphael Levy, a Dallas attorney, and a minority ownership by both J Todd and Anthony of the APCW. Wired Ducks has no ties whatsoever to the APCW other than this (nor with the GPWA or Casino City), and is controled by the Nevada Corporation Free Market Gaming. This is a play-for-free site which we have NO WAY WHATSOEVER for any players to ever make a deposit, and there will be NO FEES associated with game play. PERIOD!

Heard about this from a friend and couldnt believe it.
Wow, I thought I would never hear the name supportgal aka calicerun again after what happened on pokerdream, she had been fired from pokerdream about 5 months earlier. My account got hacked as did quite a few others before she was caught, it was all over skin forums at the time, she got caught logging into players accounts and transfering cash to her own list of names one being Silverfox3, as far as I can remember her ip was tracked back by kruz poker back admin or maybe ozy poker also.

We dealt with the Poker Dream stuff for several months, and dealt with the people at Kruz, but have never heard anything like this about Support Gal. There were the accusations from John Dutchack, of course, to throw the blame on to someone else... but he accused many people.


I don't think there's any doubt that Mr Dutchack is the thief who stole everyones cash, and from what I understand it's possible that he was the actual perpetrator of the things that Support Gal was accused of... but then again, maybe not. Like I said, her ethics were never called into question by anyone we had dealings with... so this is news to us.


Our sole intention was to have her handle customer support ONLY... as she had experience in that area... and that she would have no ties to the operational side of the room. This was to be a sort of "thank you" for helping to facilitate the deal which made Wired Ducks possible. However, since we are not even open for business yet (and therefore have not hired Support Gal) we can certainly change our minds and direction should their be reasonable proof that she participated in anything which would call her integrity into question.

Yeah I followed your persuit of pD on apcw, great stuff I might add, we all lost cash there, but this with SG happened at least 6 months before pd trouble started,when all seemed to be going well, it seemed everyone was so mad at pd ( including myself) they forgot or just let it go as pd closing affected all players not just the few she ripped off, it was well known around all the skins and posted in their forums, which now unfortunately are all gone, but personally I would never play on a site where I seen her name and I know there are quite a few of us out there who feel the same.

I took a look at that forum you mentioned. Deaning is/was a good friend of many people here... including myself. I could not locate much info specifically on Support Gal though. Do you have specific links you can post?

Just as a further point, I was never a PD skin owner. I was introduced to SupportGal when I was speaking with John Duitchak about potentially buying the troubled Poker Dream network. After scratching the surface, however, I realized I did not want to touch this with a 10' pole. Unrelated to PD, I started working with someone else on creating another (unlaunched) online poker site, KAOS, but backed out when I decided I just didn't want to be an owner of an online gambling site unless and until the laws change in the US to provide a legal method of doing so.

SupportGal, who was still in contact with me, introduced me to J Todd, and Wired Ducks is the off-shoot, a US legal non-gambling poker site with real prizes. We are regulated under sweepstakes and contest law, not gambling law, as players are never allowed to wager funds or pay any fee to play. The corporate entity is Free Market Gaming, Inc., incorporated in Nevada.

From the investigation done by the APCW and other information I have seen, John Duitchak appears to have taken funds and blamed his employee, SupportGal. If anyone has proof to the contrary, I would be very happy to see it. Otherwise, such accusations are merely fanning the flames of unsubstantiated libel.

As to the forum (wducksforum.com), I believe I have successfully blocked all new posts this morning, and I wiped the thousands of spam threads that existed. By the time we are beta testing, I will have a new forum at this location, which I believe my web developers are setting up to use player log-in information as the forum log-in - making it impossible for a spam bot to get onto the forum without going through the entire Wired Ducks registration process.

Wired Ducks will be beta testing this summer, and I hope to see many of you at the tables.

Mr. J Todd. I am sure you are a savvy businessman. After all look at the success you have had with your site. The following is what happened to me. I had money in the pokerdream network in Oct/Nov 2007 and someone logged into my account and did a p2p transfer from my acct to Silverfox3. I was never informed of this because someone changed my email contact info so I did not get the autoresponse. I never give my pw out. I finally found out after logging into my acct after some time. By that time the funds were long gone. After checking around I found many other players who experienced the exact same thing; money transferred by p2p to silverfox3. There was an investigation done. Then more and more players complained. I was sickened by the situation and decided to write it off and I actually forgot about it until I saw the name supportgal on the wiredducks forum. I don’t know what more info to mention other than that. Wiredducks seems like a great idea but I can not feel comfortable with it. If I were an advertiser about to pay for advertising I think I would be a bit concerned.

I appreciate your information and concern. Please allow me to walk through my thought process on this for all to see:

1) We know and can reasonably prove that John Dutchack was the one responsible for the theft of player funds. We have seen that the bank accounts in Panama were in his name. And we know that the money made from the sale of bogus company shares went to his PayPal account.

2) We have several witnesses who have matching stories about how he took the funds, including the original investors from Europe, the person who almost bought Poker Dream who lives up in Canada, and even Mr. Duchack' ex-wife in Florida.

3) We know that Mr Dutchack locked out partners and investors and admins at Poker Dream while he did his dirty work, and we know that he blamed everyone else for the missing money. However, he is the only one who wouldn't speak with us, and he is still the only one missing... just like all the players cash.

Wired Ducks does not need Support Gal to be successful. God knows we could hire anyone we want to handle customer service issues. However, I do hate to see anyone being punished for something they didn't do.

I understand that from your perspective it looks like Support Gal did an illegal account transfer, but we just have no way to know 100% if it was really her or --- much more likely --- John Dutchack that took that cash from all those player accounts before slipping into the night. If anyone can prove it was Support Gal please post that evidence, but I have not seen a smoking gun.

Please, believe that I have always been and remain completely sympathetic to the players position in this discusting betrayal of trust. And if I had any tangible proof whatsoever of Support Gal's involvement in the theft of players funds... or the slightest conviction that she had not been completely honest with me about her involvement... this discussion wouldn't even take place.

Mr Levy, Anthony, and myself are reasonably intelligent people, and no one with any degree of intellect would knowlingly hire a theif to work for their start-up company. I am not saying we have made a decision on this issue, but I am asking for your understanding, for any tangible proof if you have it, and to remember who is the only person still missing with the players money.

We will let you all know when we make a decision.
