Partnerlogic "servers not updating"?
I hardly ever look at my small handful of affiliate accounts because there's never anything in them. But I logged into Partnerlogic on 29th March, and lo and behold some poor schmuck had done £2000 that very month, registering a £500 credit to me. Never seen that before, not sure whether to be pleased or depressed.
No sign of the money anywhere, so I emailed PL, who said there were server issues.
Next day, logged in again. All evidence wiped. Zero records. I took a screenshot of "my" player's entry on 29th March, however.
Anyone else having this issue, or am I being fed a line? Why would "server issues" wipe out my account?

I'm not sure what's happened here but they did send out an email a few days ago saying they were having issues with their stats and they would be unavailable for a few days.
This is the email I received.
"Dear Affiliate
Due to essential maintenance to our database and servers we regret to inform you that the Partnerlogic reporting tool is currently not up to date. Unfortunately this could take several days to fix, which could also mean payments on the first of the month will be delayed until this issue is resolved. Please be assured that access to all other areas of the PartnerLogic site are still available and this in no way affects tracking. Also the casino and poker room are still running as usual.
We thank you for your patience in this matter.
If you do have any questions or queries please let me know."
Hopefully, not long now.

Dear PartnerLogic Affiliates,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your March payment and retrieving your stats.
Our IT team is now pushing the last data onto the Partnerlogic servers and you should be able to have your March payment credited and retrieve your stats within 48 hours.
Thank you so much for your patience.
I will let you all know as soon as this is back up!
Many thanks,
Claire
