Default PAS complies with New Jersey's affiliate guidelines

One of the major players in the U.S. online gaming affiliate space, PAS (formerly known as Poker Affiliate Solutions), has decided to comply with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement's guidelines for promoting New Jersey casinos. It looks like they won't be promoting unregulated U.S. sites going forward.

Yep, they have sent newsletter to all affiliates that they will no longer promote offshore US facing gambling sites.

Both the size of market and reward structure offered programs licensed by the New Jersey Gaming Division means that the rewards will not sustain any sizable professional affiliate operation.

IF PAS has decided to drop all other US facing programs - then PAS will be slashing income massively and will not be able to sustain a viable support offering to affiliates.

PAS was never big in the international environment - so what are they left with?
Daily Fantasy Sports? Social gaming? Local licensed programs in NJ and NV?

How many people do you think that reduced revenue stream keeps employed?
Therefore IMO -> This move is the "deathknell" for PAS.
