Is it still an option? Any USA casinos accept it?

I thought this method is for US players only. Miami Club Casino, Liberty Slots, Lincoln Casino, Intertops Classic and Intertops Red should accept Paste and Pay.

I've checked with Deckmedia and they no longer use it. I have a feeling that it's a general thing, and not particularly them. I assume there is a reason why their site is down...
