Can someone please let me know when payments go out to US affiliates? I've emailed Martyn twice in the past 2 weeks, used the contact form on the site once, and sent a PM, all of which have gone unanswered. I'm waiting on my July commission and would love to get an answer.

I usually get mine around the 7th-8th.

I chose the ACH option. This is my first payment. I entered my payment details last month because I knew I would be over the minimum and even got an email stating the details were updated. When I check the payments page it just says pending. I'm guessing it's not coming since this is the 28th.

I was told Sarah had it sorted out and had processed the payment. That was on the September the 11th. Can you please let me know something? I've been waiting on this payment since August.

Hi, our cashiers have processed the payment but we're currently experiencing a delay with the processor. I've not got an ETA for when the payment will be with you yet, but I'll catch up with our cashier when they get in and try to update you later today.

So is this delay paying for all aff payments?

Hi all, the delay itself is affecting all who use ACH and Check as a payment option.

For some reason, the processors we use slowed down making the payments we sent through. They are getting back some of the lost time now so hopefully we'll start seeing money sent dropping in accounts or on doorsteps very soon.

It does suck massively and we do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and the lack of updates on the matter. As soon as we hear where they are up to in clearing the backlog of payments and cashouts then we will of course let you know.

Martin when is the cut off for changing payment type?

In other words, if I want to change payments from a wire to a check or vice versa, when is the last day I can do that without causing a delay in the payment?

I changed my payment type in July, so I would receive my July commission in August. I'm still waiting, but I guess it's a processor issue and not a program issue.

If you change your payment type before the end of the month, when payment is processed at the beginning of the next month, it will be sent using your new payment method.

Cheers Sarah, just to add to this. The whole payment process starts on the 1st of the new month, this is when all payment details are collated. Any change after that time will take effect for the following month.

I hear today that ACH's have started to drop in peoples accounts, reports from yesterday and today. So hopefully those will outstanding payments will be sorted very soon.

Again, we sincerely apologise for this delay, it isn't an issue with the program, we're not in any financial stress or anything like that, it's just one of those things that is unfortunately out of our hands.

Please let us know once you see the money fall in your accounts.

I will let you know once the payment arrives. I had to switch to check, so I'm not sure about ACH payments hitting accounts. I was told ACH wasn't going to work. It does seem strange that others are reporting receiving Septembers payment and about how quick they are paid while I'm still waiting on a payment for August commission. I think if others were waiting on August commission, we would be hearing about it.
