Anybody received payment from Ace Revenue for April?

Nope! They are always so slow, usually one of the last to pay. I am waiting myself.

Well I have had all kinds of problems with thee guys lately. My commission was $11903 in October largely because of a big negative carry over in September. They refused to pay the total amount owed even though they advertise no negative carry over or bundling. They said this player should have been fenced and they would lose money if they paid it out. I thought that was ridicules and fought for the payment. In the end we agreed on a $5000 settlement. Dan said I would get paid next month and I said since it was a settlement it should be paid now. Then Dan emailed me back and said Accounting would not pay $5000 even though we had agreed on this and hos manager approved. He said he could only give me $1750. Of course I was not happy but fearing they would not honor any agreement accepted. Its been two weeks now still no payment and Dan is telling it coming this week and then next week still no payment. I have dealt with these guys for like 7 years and never had this problem but this is getting ridiculous.

I have had to jump through all kinds of hoops with these guys myself to get paid. In the end they have always paid but it can be frustrating. Recently they have been shorting my wire since they send it in Canadian Dollars and say the exchange rate is what is to blame but doing the calculation myself it never adds up. This month they have agreed to pay more making up for the short payment so I hope they hold true to it. Again, I want to say they have always eventually paid so I do not want to give the wrong impression but I was about at end of my rope about 3 or 4 months ago.

Your situation is a little absurd as well. As I do not know all of the details, no negative carry over is no negative carryover. I would inform AGD about your situation so they can get to the bottom of it and see what is going on. On a side note, I do not knwo how casinos can do no negative carryover and be profitable just like they are saying. I have always wondered that. I do know one thing though is with a lot of programs, the no neg carryover is only on the standard deal, so if you negotiate a better deal the no neg carryover goes away, as it should. Good luck!

sorry to hear that. You wrote they told you something about fencing the winning player. Do they have it in their terms?

They sent an email about it and when I checked the site it was there. but I have never heard of it before and when I talked to others they had not either. It says that going forward this player with the affiliates knowledge can be fenced. It says absolutely nothing about going backwards.

From checking the Wayback machine it seems that they do have it, but as you said, it's only forward looking and not retroactive.
Btw, you should also try to find out how much you would earn during the month of the negative earnings - maybe this player wiped out high earnings from others, and if they do fence him out - it should work in both ways.

Just for an update, with Dan's help I did receive payment it was a settlement amount but I did receive it.

I just added these guys to a casino site and earned with them this month. I'm thinking that may have been a mistake...? If getting paid regularly from a program is going to be a problem then I am just not going to deal with listing them going forward.

Anyone want to reassure me they are a quality partner to work with?
