Payment details
So I logged into the site to check all my details as requested in your latest email. Updated a phone number and wanted to also update the payment details (some had gone missing along the way) and thought I would save the phone number first. Once that is saved the payment details changed from US Dollars to Albanian Lek. Guessing that is first in an alpha list.
I've also clicked the link to update my payment details and OKed the message about sending an email. I then get the message "An error occurred while sending your request to your Affiliate Manager".
How do I get my details back to what they were when I signed up because before I even started changing things today all it showed was payment in US dollars, ecash and no other details?
This was all done from the URL http://beta.redreturns.net/AffiliateProfile/Edit

Hi James
You're probably lucky to have got as far as you did. I have not been able to get anywhere near Redreturns control panel for a few days now.

Hi James,
The new web site has been launched and there are a few small issues that are being sorted. We do receive notification of PMOP changes and your account manager emailed you on the 19th asking for your information to update your account on your behalf. Please let us know that you are receiving his emails and if it is in your junk folder, please white list his address.
@rogerc
The URL you are using is a cached version of the old web site and is no longer valid. You can either type the URL http://www.redreturns.net or deleted the old URL from your cache to resolve the issue.
Guys please bring these issues to our attention via email or instant messaging. We could have resolved this immediately. My details are below and I am always available
Best regards,
Wayne

Thanks Wayne. I didn't get the email and not in junk mail folder. I do have a first line defense for spam emails that just deletes them from the server first. Perhaps that is what happened as it does occasionally affect legitimate emails. Please ask them to send it again and I'll keep an eye out for it.
I didn't post it here to discredit Red Returns or anything, I just thought if other members had experienced the same thing then they might have had a solution. Plus, other members can now see what to do if they have the same problem. It wasn't an urgent thing so I was happy to wait here.

Same here Wayne but pity I was not notified re a change of address, there has been so many problems accessing the c/panel in the past I just thought that it was a case of " here we go again ".
Meanwhile the new layout looks great..impressive.
Thanks
