Payment Issue with Chilli Partners – July 2025 Commission (€1,331.54) Withheld

I am reporting a serious issue with Chilli Partners regarding non-payment of commissions.

I am posting this because I have exhausted all internal communication attempts with Chilli Partners regarding my July 2025 commission payment, which remains unpaid despite multiple escalations.

Here is a clear timeline of events:

• 30 July 2025 — My then-AM (Kylie) informed me she resigned and that I would be assigned a new AM.
• August 2025 — I paused running traffic (no FTDs generated by me in August) while waiting for the new AM to contact me.
• 06 August 2025 – I requested payout of my July commission (€1,331.54).
• 08 August 2025 – Status payment changed to “Review.”
• 15 August 2025 – According to Chilli Partners’ payment terms, this was the scheduled payout date. No payment was received.
• 19 August 2025 — I contacted ChilliPartners (Telegram + email) because nobody had contacted me. I was assigned a new AM (Lina)
• 19–27 August 2025 — Multiple messages exchanged with Lina; I repeatedly requested confirmation of payment. I was told the traffic was being evaluated for “strange player behaviour,” but no player-level evidence or specifics were provided.
• 27 August 2025 — Still no resolution. I escalated formally to Chilli Partners via email and Telegram after continued silence.
• 29 August 2025 – I finally received an email from the Fraud Prevention Team (Davide Santoro) claiming incentivized traffic and player duplication and stating my commission was “invalidated” for fraud; my account was immediately closed and I lost access. However, the fraud report attached contained several factual errors:

• The report cited €1,413.52 (incorrect — that amount appears to include August figures). My July claim under review was €1,331.54.
• Reported FTDs: 25 — my dashboard shows 21 FTDs for July.
• The report lists generic accusations (incentivized traffic, cross-brand duplication, low engagement) without player-level evidence.

• 30 August 2025 – I formally contested these inaccuracies and gave a deadline (2 September) for a corrected report and payment confirmation.
• 02 September 2025 – Sent a final notice with 24h deadline. I gave them courtesy extra days but still no reply.
• Today, 7 September 2025 – Payment remains unpaid. No further responses from Chilli Partners.

Facts:
– I paused traffic in August but there were still deposits giving a RevShare (€82.29 recorded to 27/0, which contradicts an “incentivized” pattern claim.
– I work with organic social traffic and cooperated fully during the whole process.
– Agreement terms are CPA + RevShare.
– Payment for July is 23 days overdue.

Conclusion:
This is now 23 days overdue (since the scheduled payment date of 15 August) and my commission of €1,331.54 is still being withheld without transparent evidence.
I have always worked in good faith under the Affiliate Agreement and reject accusations that are not backed by proper data. I cooperated fully, allowed ample time, and sent multiple reminders, but Chilli Partners has chosen to remain silent.

I am publishing this to warn other affiliates and to request the community’s support in holding Chilli Partners accountable.
I kindly ask Chilli Partners management to address this immediately and confirm the release of my July commission without further delay.

We gave up on Chilli years ago. Each time we tried to get paid they claimed they had raised the minimum payment threshold. We stopped sending them traffic and wrote it off.

Hope you manage to solve this. Often posting on here can help embarrass them into doing the right thing but I doubt these guys care that much.
