Hi Guys,

just for interest.

Anyone recieved a payment in august? From month to month it get worse ): In the beginning it was always arround the 20th, then it started to arrive in the last days of a month and now we even did not recieve the July commision in August.

Its hard for me to understand why it is so and it make not really a good feeling to push it more.

Dan saw this post, take a look at my account and said that there were a lot of mistakes that happen that month and is sorting it out for me.

Lets wait for Monday/Tuesday and see if anyone get paid. I do not doubt that they will not pay but..... just the time frame is not acceptable.

No. No payment arrived. Only empty promises unfortunately. It become every month worse and thats is not a good sign. We have no other choice as to stop to promote them. We already stopped to bring any traffic because we wanted to see how it continue with the paymeny delays.

I think the Neteller account of AceRevenue have some problems. Dan is a good supporter, But this is unacceptable, let's wait until Wednesday, I'm tired with the payment delays too

Even if it is so,then affiliates can be paid by skrill,bank transfer or whatever. This is a general problem and not because of neteller.

We have already September and we and a lot of other affiliates are waiting for the commision of July! Month for month the payments become later and there must be a reason for this. The problem is for sure not in Neteller.

The point is that a lot of affiliates complaint it already last month. There is enough time for AceRevenue to find a solution. If there is really a problem with Neteller then they can easy contact all affiliates and offer a solution by skrill for example. To find a solution needs not many days or even weeks.

The problem is somewhere else. I do not want to say any bad word about Dan. It is for sure not nice for him too. But he is the one who need to ask the right people whats going on. Such behavior from AceRevenue is more as unacceptable.

Do you get the commission? My friend got it (July commission) , but i haven't yet - My May commission

Yes we recieved it tonight. Thanks to Dan for his support.

Anyway the situation is not nice and it would help everybody if Ace Revenue improve the affiliate payouts. I mean it can always happen that there is a delay because of some reasons. Just not every month

Still waiting on July Payment here via wire and I have to add we are very flexible in what payment method we can accept.They do convert and make good money for us but they should not expect their partners to put up with this late pay indefinitely though and hopefully that is not the case.

I have not received my payments for February, March, April, May, June and July. Total amount is over $16K. I always get only empty promises that I will receive my payments in next pay cycle but last months Dan even does not answer on my emails.
I had to significantly reduce traffic to Acerevenue

Since some payments haven't been made for some time I'm wondering if their processing is working or maybe they took a hit and need to hold back payments. I sure hope they get their act together soon. Exactly how hard is it to pay affiliates that bring you clients/players to begin with?

From their t & c's:

4.5. AR Affiliates shall pay the Referral Company/Affiliate each month for services rendered during the preceding calendar month.
Payment shall be made prior to the 15th working day of the following month. If the amount of compensation for one month is less than US $100, the amount shall be made available in the succeeding month (when the accumulated amount is greater than US $100).

I hope someone from Acerevenue comes and explains the delay. That doesn't mean coming in and saying please email your affiliate manager.

I was told that my wire was sent last Thursday now it seems it will be arriving 'next week' .They seriously need to read their own terms and also pay the guy who is waiting 6 months .

Finaly, I got my May Commission, thanks Dan.
I suggest who haven't paid yet , stay calm, Dan will sort this out. He have lot of thing to do

I spoke with Ace and all payments should be out by Tuesday, if a few days later payments are not received please let me know.

Anthony just curious if everyone received payments or if you've heard from anyone that hadn't.
