    Hi,

    Whats happen about Interpartners, last month payment so late and this month also no payments yet (19.juni 2013)?

    Hi Marvel,

    Unfortunately due to on-going technical reasons we have been unable to import Poker data into our affiliate system since the 1st May and Casino data since the 22nd May.

    The only area affected is the sales import from our data warehouse to Income Access, all other areas (such as tracking) are not affected and fully operational.

    Rest assured that technical teams both on our side and at Income Access are working on solving the issue.

    We envisage that payments for May will be paid by early next week and data should be uploaded by Friday.

    No Payments for Mai, no Information, only in this Thread. Hope will be better this month

    Hi all,

    Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding with regards to the recent data and payment delays.

    I am pleased to tell you that May and June outstanding payments have now been processed and data for these months is correct and up to date in the InterPartners backend.

    Unfortunately, we are continuing to experience issues with our daily load and as such, July data will not be loaded until later today.

    We understand the importance of up to date data and can assure you that we are working on the issue.
