Just a heads up that all payments went out 2 days ago except wire.

A heads up if your payment method is wire

I have been trying to clean up our back-end to make the payments much smoother - we have to upload a file into a system and there are at least 50 errors each time that we need to clean up, more specifically that our payments guy has to clean up.

Since people don't really enter their details correctly some of the time, I have been going through and editing the details in some accounts. So if you receive an email saying your details have changed, please also check your inbox for an email from one of us saying that we did the update before you panic. We do monitor payment changes so if it wasn't us, we will be contacting you to ask if it was you.

Also, since we are doing this clean up, the wires were sent out today. So it may take a day or two longer than usual to receive them (although we still paid in the time frame that we state on our website: sent by the 7th).
