Hi.

I describe here my problem. I made a deposit from my friend's computer to my account. I made a turnover. I made a withdraw. I sent documents. Then my cash were confiscated and the account was closed. My collegaue play there before. We have our separate account. We spent day together 31 December 2015 and 1 January 2016. We took both of the bonusin their accounts but they were established at different times and other IP. Unfortunately, this casino has decided to block the my account and confiscate the funds to the deposit.Why are they allowed to make a deposit ? They knew not pay and take possession of my deposit.

Is anyone able to help me get them back ?

If you both made deposits from the same computer in the same location, how are you sure the ip was different?
Did you reboot the equipment to make sure you got a different ip before making the second deposit?
Or did you use a proxy or vpn service to make sure you were showing a different ip?

I made the deposit from your computer with the same IP because on he phone I can not comfortably go through this process. I myself facilitate the payment and the game.
