I know that the situation in Iran is similiar to one in Turkey as gambling is prohibitted by law and maybe due to religious reasons too. In Turkey there are over 500 illegal bookies who are even now operating.

The main tools here are :

- depositing methods and how customers can withdraw their winnings.

- most probably some or most of the customers should use VPN or proxy to access the betting sites.

- BTC and any related crypts if you have them would refer to bookies who have them available.

- not on the last plae , customer support.

- I.e in Turkey some of the people have made bets in the past from I-net caffes and clubs in order not to het caught by the government or police. This was there used to be hundreds and thousands of regs on one device.
