OK, so what affiliate is pretending to be Phil Hellmuth and is selling his book by spam?

This same spammer has subscribed me to a mailing list which I did NOT give my permission to be added to.

All links contained within the email point at a domain xxhttp://pokertweeter.com and sub domains of that domain and I have never been to that domain in my life....and I did not sign up for any of Phil's mailings.

Just because the spammer put asn unsubscribe link in the email does NOT make it ok since I was subscribed without prior permission.

....and to be CANSPAM compliant the sender would have had to include a physical address....
