About LinkBacksI notice top sites like wonderpunter have lots of photos of sports action. Do people pay something like getty for these images or just do screen grabs to get these kind of photos? How much does it cost to get up to date photos like this?

$12-$50 per photo, if you even manage to find a media company that allows use on betting / gambling websites.
It's a premium product designed for mainstream publishers. And it's priced accordingly.
The rest of us use Google image search and hope for the best.
