Pinnacle.com behaving weird!!Who I should contact

I had 10 years of partnership with pinnacle affiliates. They do not answer. I have some "syndicate" or big stakes player under me.
Ok here is one month OK big loss for them

BUT now he have been losing like every month. Still no income
? Like last month


What means parent comission? and Zero income 0.00 ?

I dont know how it works with pinnacle but red numbers mean that you have negative revenue and thats why no commission.

do you deliver new players? if not enough they will give you on 0 revenue share

I thought it was due to negative carryover, but I just looked it up in their T&C:

0-4 RMP in the past 3 months -> 0% Rev Share, lol

Yes they answered same FINALLY. They did not ever answer in affiliate messages...

Communicating with Pinny is the saddest and the hardest thing in the world. If you send message in a bottle form the other side of the world, it will get received and opened.

If you want to be told in a very polite way that there's nothing that can be done since you didn't meet the quota and she can't make an exception for you since the volume is too low, then yes, she's very helpful and professional.

Volume is too low for them to pay up, but obviously not too low for them to steal it.
